Mental Health and Addictions Services

Mental health and addiction agencies work to improve the lives of those affected by addiction and mental health problems through services such as case management, community and social services, information and education, residential / supportive housing and advocacy.

The Champlain LHIN has a service accountability agreement in place with each health service provider it funds.
